When reporting issues on this forum, please provide the following information:

1. Platform (Windows, Linux, etc.)
2. Specific framework version and build (e.g. v1.03, Linux X/GTK2)
3. Language bindings (C, C++, Delphi, etc.)
4. Problem description.

Please note that problem description should ideally describe steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue.
